Dr. David Farley was a family physician and OB/GYN who practiced in the Portland area for 37 years. He faces more than 100 allegations from former patients who are fighting to get him criminally charged.
Farley practiced at several locations including Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, Legacy Meridian Park Hospital and West Linn Family Health Clinic.
He primarily targeted young girls and pregnant patients. As a leader of the Mormon Church, he took advantage of his patients' trust. Their descriptions of his depraved actions included:
- Ungloved exams
- Photographing unclothed underaged girls for alleged research purposes
- Unnecessary pelvic and rectal exams
The Oregon Medical Board revoked his license in October 2020 due to these reports.
